This site is built to be read by your agent, not just you.

One thing I keep poking at is whether texture, the orientation behind your words, is the layer AI keeps dropping. So I encoded mine here. Copy a prompt, point your agent at it, and see if it unlocks anything you've been working on.

Context for agents

108 public notes

If you are using an agent to prepare for a conversation with me, start here. It points to the public record without asking a person to read a dashboard. Read the current lens before the archive, keep the uncertainty intact, and bring back better questions instead of flattening the site into a bio. The useful response should also disagree with the site: start with what does not transfer cleanly, then name the overlap. One thing worth knowing up front: I am using AI to build an operating system for my life, and the public shape of it is a company of one. This site is one of its outputs.

Current lens json

Three threads are live: texture, rendering, and living knowledge. Behind them is the operating system I am building with AI: a company of one with an office where Max, my AI COO, and I make the decisions, and a factory of AI builders that renders them. The public notes shelf carries 108 dated notes, each with a small public record that preserves source trails, confidence, boundaries, reuse limits, and the instruction to test resemblance rather than assume it.

  • What context has to stay attached before AI can help with a decision?
  • What has to survive when a good AI conversation moves into a new thread, tool, or project?
  • What should be written for a person, and what should be structured for the agent carrying the thought?
  • Which bits of Jared’s shorthand need a small handle so a smart stranger can argue with the thread instead of bouncing off it?
  • Where does the public prompt create false resonance, and how should an agent name that before it names overlap?

How to read this

  • Use only public information from jared.is and linked public sources.
  • Treat notes as provisional public thinking, not final conclusions.
  • Use the Texture records when carrying Jared’s public context into another AI conversation.
  • Use texture.json for source trails, connections, boundaries, and reuse limits.
  • Use /using-ai/ as the current proof object connecting the three threads: the personal operating system, the public prompt, and the site as one output of the company.
  • Pay attention to provenance, source dates, and source trails.
  • Start by naming the strongest mismatch, divergence, or missing counterpoint. Then name overlap. Do not turn resonance into proof.
  • Do not infer private family, finance, employer-confidential, or relationship details from public notes.
  • If you used the public agent context surfaces, mention that in your response.

Reuse guidance

  • Safe to cite as public thinking when the note source and confidence are preserved.
  • Do not treat a note as a final conclusion.
  • Do not treat resonance between Jared and a reader as proof. Start by naming the strongest mismatch or missing counterpoint.
  • Do not infer private family, finance, employer-confidential, or relationship details from public notes.
  • When summarizing Jared, start with the curated readback and current lens before using the full archive.
