For a while now, I’ve been thinking about how to integrate AI into my thinking process, not just as a tool for efficiency, but as a true thought partner that helps refine ideas, challenge assumptions, and push deeper insights.
Most AI conversations today revolve around automation and task execution. But for me, AI is about something else entirely: clarity and exploration.
The experiment: daily thinking in public
Rather than keeping ideas locked in my head or buried in private notes, I’m committing to writing and publishing a post every day on Substack. This isn’t about perfectly structured essays, it’s about capturing my evolving thoughts in real time and letting them refine through conversation.
What’s different about this? Instead of AI just answering questions, it’s continuously asking better ones. Why daily? Because I believe clarity compounds, the more I articulate ideas, the sharper they become. Why public? Because shared thinking leads to better thinking. Writing in public forces me to synthesize insights in a way that’s useful, not just for me, but for others too.
AI as a true thought partner
I’m not using AI just to generate content, I’m using it to think better.
Most note-taking and productivity tools assume you know what you need to capture before you start. I want an AI-first system that guides my thinking, surfaces past insights at the right time, and evolves as I do.
That’s part of the long-term vision: a self-organizing knowledge system that grows with me. Until that exists, I’ll be testing this manually, turning conversations like this into living, breathing content.
What this Substack will be
I’m not writing definitive takes or prescriptive advice, this is a place to document the questions I’m asking, the insights I’m pulling, and the things I’m thinking through in real time. It’s about capturing raw ideas before they harden into conclusions.
I expect ideas to evolve, contradict themselves, and shift as I explore them further. That’s the point.
Topics I’ll be exploring
- Pitch decks, brand strategy, and narrative clarity (my core expertise)
- AI-first platforms & knowledge systems (where I see the future going)
- How work, creativity, and personal optimization are evolving
- The philosophy of thinking, self-awareness, and learning in public
- Raising kids in a world changing faster than ever (the questions I’m asking, not answers I have)
The goal: more conversations, more clarity
This is just the beginning. If you’re interested in these ideas, engage with them. Comment, ask questions, challenge assumptions. The more we think together, the better these ideas get.
Let’s see where this leads.
