It is easy to make “AI-first GTM” sound like a shopping list.
I think the architecture has to come first. What should be fully automated? What needs a human in the loop? What should stay founder-only? What signals should route work? Where would automation damage credibility instead of helping?
The tooling matters, but it is downstream from those judgment calls. If the boundaries are not designed before the workflows are wired together, the system might move faster while quietly making worse decisions.
