The shape of how I want to build now: I brain-dump every hope and idea, scattered and messy. Then that turns into a real plan, gets chunked into small pieces, and each piece runs through a loop, research, stand up two or three quick attempts, test, pick the best path, build, test again, simplify. It was running last night while I slept, which still feels a little unreal.
The part I had to learn the hard way: keep the toolkit dead simple. I kept wanting to add more machinery, more specialized steps. But the whole point is to get close to push-button. If a step is fancy enough that I won’t actually reach for it, it’s worse than not having it. Challenge me if simplifying loses something real, otherwise simpler wins, because simpler is the version I’ll actually use.
