This site is built to be read by your agent, not just you.

One thing I keep poking at is whether texture, the orientation behind your words, is the layer AI keeps dropping. So I encoded mine here. Copy a prompt, point your agent at it, and see if it unlocks anything you've been working on.

When everyone can vibe-code their own tools, what's left to sell?

mar 31 2026

Something I’m watching closely: technical teams, finance, engineering, are increasingly just vibe-coding their own internal tooling. The dashboard they used to buy, they now stand up themselves in an afternoon. That quietly eats a whole category of software that used to be safe to sell.

It’s forcing a sharper question about where the defensible value actually is. If the surface-level tool is now trivial to build yourself, the durable position is the hard, unglamorous plumbing underneath, the pipes, the logic, the integrations between systems that nobody wants to own. Maybe the move isn’t to compete with the thing people can now build themselves. It’s to be the thing they build with.

If your customers could build a rough version of your product themselves this weekend, what would you still be selling them?
