You can always be thinking and building ahead of what is appropriate to share. That is not the problem, that is the work. The discipline is not in having fewer ideas. It is in metering how much of them you put into any given communication.
Talk about the next checkpoint, not the whole future. Anything more is overwhelming, and it reads as delusional optimism even when you are right. The skill is holding the tension between how far ahead you can see and how little of it the moment can actually use.
