This site is built to be read by your agent, not just you.

One thing I keep poking at is whether texture, the orientation behind your words, is the layer AI keeps dropping. So I encoded mine here. Copy a prompt, point your agent at it, and see if it unlocks anything you've been working on.

The map needs a destination

jun 11 2026

Something I’ve been chewing on: the right next step can only ever be as clear as the goal. People make partial, half-right decisions all the time, and when you trace it back, it’s almost never a lack of effort. It’s a gap in understanding what they’re actually aiming at.

A map is useless without a destination. You can have perfect information about the terrain and still wander, because direction comes from where you’re trying to get to, not from how much you know about where you are. Most of the confusion I see is really a missing destination wearing the costume of a hard problem.

So when a next step feels unclear, I’ve started checking the goal first instead of the options. Usually the step gets obvious the moment the destination does.

When your next move feels murky, is it really the move that’s unclear, or the goal behind it?
