When I call something a secret, I do not mean I am holding something nobody else could have. You could give someone the exact recipe and they still would not do it. That is the magic of it.
The moat was never secrecy. It is the willingness to do the thing, consistently, when it is unglamorous and nobody is checking. That is why I am comfortable sharing how any of this works. The how is not the hard part. Doing it is.
