Something I’ve said for years and still stand by: the best business ideas fill a gap, and your own complaints are the cheapest way to find one. Every time you catch yourself thinking “this should work better,” or “why is there nothing that does X,” you’ve just narrated a market gap out loud.
Most people let those moments pass as friction. They’re actually briefs. The irritation is the signal, and the product is usually sitting right inside the complaint. You just have to notice you’re already holding it.
