Giving a team access to AI is not the same as giving the team an AI system.
Without shared material, the workspace is mostly a blank box with a model inside it. The useful part starts when the space has training assets: strategy docs, implementation guides, deal-review contracts, coaching prompts, examples, and current ownership.
I think that is the line I want to keep remembering. The asset is not the seat. The asset is the shared context that teaches the tool how the team works.
