Here’s the thing most programs miss: they’re built for a life nobody lives. A program might assume three gym days, but it has no idea I play basketball on Monday nights or how much walking I do in a week. It just hands me the same template.
What I want is the program meeting the reality of my schedule. Connect the calendar, see where fitness actually fits, and adapt, “you’ve got a gap here, can you squeeze in a fifteen-minute walk?” with a quick reason why it helps. The plan should bend to your week, not pretend your week doesn’t exist.
