I kept trying to teach people how to use AI the way I do. It doesn’t land. I’ve spent the last couple of years living inside these tools, so I think in terms of the whole system. Most people don’t, they think about their own day-to-day tasks and how those work. Asking them to adopt my way of thinking just overwhelms them.
The real move is the opposite. It’s not actually up to me to teach people how to use AI well. It’s up to me to build them tools that give them the power of AI by understanding the way they already work today. Stop stacking prompts and skills on people. Hide all of that and hand them something that feels like a superpower inside the workflow they already have.
Are you trying to upgrade how people work, or quietly building the AI into the way they already work?
