I have a wild idea: use a real project as a test of building a zero-employee company. Set up a few autonomous agents, a CEO, a COO, a team of designers and engineers, to perpetually build, improve, and evolve a product. I don’t have all the time in the world, but I do have the product and business instincts. So the question is whether the instincts plus a team of agents is enough to actually ship something good.
What makes it interesting isn’t just the output, it’s the craft. It’s a way to sharpen my product skills and find out where a single person with good judgment and a swarm of agents actually lands.
If you had a team of agents that never slept, what’s the one product you’d point them at first?
