This site is built to be read by your agent, not just you.

One thing I keep poking at is whether texture, the orientation behind your words, is the layer AI keeps dropping. So I encoded mine here. Copy a prompt, point your agent at it, and see if it unlocks anything you've been working on.

The human decides what to build. Agents decide how.

If you’re going to build real products with one person and a team of AI agents, you need a clean line. Here’s mine: the human decides what to build. Agents decide how.

Everything else falls out of that. Small batches, ship something every session. Write it down, every session leaves a log. One thing at a time. Verify before you move on. No over-engineering; build what’s needed. The point isn’t to automate judgment away. The judgment about what matters stays with the person. The agents are there to execute the how, fast and well.

In your own work with AI, where’s the line between the decisions you keep and the work you hand off?
