“I did it” is not enough for the system I am trying to build.
That is not because I want more ceremony. It is because confidence is cheap when the work is invisible. A builder has to come back with files changed, validation run, evidence, risks, open questions, boundary attestation, and a recommendation.
Otherwise Traffic Control is not accepting work. It is accepting a mood. The system gets stronger when “done” becomes proof instead of vibes.
