A public note should make the reader feel invited, not managed.
It can point.
It can frame.
It can say, this is the part I am looking at right now.
But it should not over-control the reading.
The goal is not to make every thought impossible to misunderstand.
That is too heavy.
The goal is to give someone enough context to enter honestly.
Then let the conversation do the rest.
