The shortest route is usually a summary.
Sometimes that helps.
Sometimes it flattens the point.
A better route may include the source trail.
Or the adjacent notes.
Or the uncertainty around the claim.
Or the question that made the thought matter.
Agent context should help preserve that path.
Not because everything needs to be long.
Because some meaning only survives when the route is visible.
