Agent context should help outside agents cite without overclaiming.
That means the source should be easy to find.
The confidence should be visible.
The boundary should be clear.
The open question should stay close to the claim.
An agent can cite a note.
It should not inflate the note.
It should not turn one field note into a total worldview.
Good metadata makes fair citation easier.
It also makes lazy certainty harder.
