Agent context should make safe reuse explicit.
Not every useful thought should travel the same way.
Some lines can be quoted.
Some questions can be carried.
Some context needs a boundary.
Some uncertainty needs to stay attached.
If an agent is going to reuse a note, the note should help it reuse the thought without flattening it.
That is part of the interface.
