Agent context should show what is provisional.
That is part of being useful.
Some notes are current.
Some are historical.
Some are questions.
Some are early language for an idea that may get sharper later.
If an agent cannot see that difference, it will overstate things.
It will make live thinking sound finished.
The metadata should help.
Not by making the note heavy.
By making the posture visible.
