What I want it to carry is meaning: what is being understood, what changed, what is active, what is parked, and what must not be flattened. Heavy browsing, building, screenshots, and long-running loops can happen elsewhere and report back.
If the cockpit becomes the whole factory, it stops being a place to steer. The conversation should stay alive while the work finds the right lane.
