This site is built to be read by your agent, not just you.

One thing I keep poking at is whether texture, the orientation behind your words, is the layer AI keeps dropping. So I encoded mine here. Copy a prompt, point your agent at it, and see if it unlocks anything you've been working on.

Diverge to find the boundaries, converge to render

jun 21 2026

Underneath the dreaming and the building there’s one rhythm, run over and over: diverge, then converge. Diverge to find the boundaries, to map the edges of what’s even possible, all the wild options. Converge to render, to collapse that space down to the one thing you actually make real.

The mistake is treating them as personality types. The dreamer who only diverges and never ships. The operator who converges so fast they render the wrong thing. Neither is the skill. The skill is the loop.

Diverge too long and nothing ever becomes real. Converge too early and you commit before you’ve seen the edges, so you build a confident version of the wrong idea. You need both, in sequence, again and again.

Are you stuck because you converged too early, or because you never stopped diverging?
