Our journey with Healthie began with an urgent need: help them raise their Series A. While they initially approached us for pitch deck design, our discovery process revealed a much bigger opportunity. Their story wasn't being told in a way that captured their true market potential.
The strategic narrative we crafted helped them secure $16M in record time. But that was just the beginning.
The Core Challenge
Healthie returned with a complex strategic challenge. After nearly a decade of pioneering healthcare technology, they needed to effectively serve two distinct audiences:
Digital health innovators seeking API-first infrastructure to build the future of healthcare
Private practitioners requiring an intuitive platform for patient care
Finding Strategic Clarity
Through deep strategic work, we uncovered an opportunity to create a unified brand architecture that could serve both audiences without compromise. We initially proposed a dual-brand strategy with a separate "MyPractice" platform powered by Healthie's infrastructure.
But as we pressure-tested this approach against operational realities (team allocation, support documentation, customer service), we pivoted to a simpler solution: Healthie and Healthie+, inspired by Shopify's product architecture.

This wasn't just about creating two visual identities. We developed:

Two complementary web experiences that shared DNA
Accelerating Growth
The impact was immediate. In the 8 months leading up to the brand launch, Healthie doubled their revenue. The clarity in positioning and messaging helped them quickly secure an additional $23M Series B round, bringing their total funding to $39M.
Lasting Impact
The Healthie story shows how strategic brand architecture can unlock rapid growth. By solving the complexity of serving different audiences without diluting their core identity, we helped create a foundation for sustainable expansion.
More importantly, we proved that brand clarity doesn't mean oversimplification. Sometimes the answer isn't choosing between audiences, but finding a sophisticated way to serve both.
