For a while the giant thread really did feel like the brain. Then it hit the wall.
That is probably the lesson. A useful AI workspace cannot depend on one conversation swallowing every source, transcript, decision, and question forever. At some point the thing that preserved context starts trapping it.
What I think I am learning is that a brain needs handoff points: source files, summaries, indexes, boundaries, and ways to continue without starting from zero. More context can help, but more context is not the same as better memory.
