This site is built to be read by your agent, not just you.

One thing I keep poking at is whether texture, the orientation behind your words, is the layer AI keeps dropping. So I encoded mine here. Copy a prompt, point your agent at it, and see if it unlocks anything you've been working on.

A health app should work with the rhythms of your life, not against them

feb 22 2026

Most training apps assume every day is a good day. Real life has rhythms and seasons. So instead of a drill-sergeant pushing you to hit the plan no matter what, I want something supportive: “Hey, you said you’d train today, how are you feeling? Not feeling it? Here’s a smaller version that keeps the habit alive.”

The move is a button that scales the workout down instead of skipping it, plus gently asking why you’re not feeling it and surfacing the pattern back to you over time. You keep the streak of showing up without faking that you’re a machine. Lean on the habit science, small, stackable wins beat heroic effort you can’t sustain.

Does your product punish people for being human, or design around it?
