The company needs shared context. I need personal continuity. Those are related, but they are not the same thing.
A team needs shared docs, shared projects, shared prompts, and a way for people to get useful answers. But the person doing the learning also needs a thread that survives roles, tools, accounts, and company access.
That is the membrane I keep trying to name. The company can be the arena where the thinking develops. It cannot be the only place the thinking lives.
