I do not think a company brain can only be a place where information goes to be remembered.
If it stops there, it becomes a nicer archive. Useful, but not enough. The brain has to connect to a shop floor: agents picking up bounded work, routing questions, keeping score, and showing the team what is moving.
The brain matters because it gives the shop floor memory. The shop floor matters because it gives the brain output. Knowledge proves itself when it helps the work move.
