A note’s job can change over time.
At first it might be a question.
Then it might become a pattern marker.
Later it might become proof that the thinking moved.
That is useful.
It means the archive does not need every note to be permanently right.
It needs every note to be honest about what it is.
This is what I was wondering.
This is what I was noticing.
This is what later changed.
The same note can play different roles as the larger graph grows around it.
That is part of the point.
