Not just volume.

Not just old posts.

Not just proof that something was written before.

The interesting part is movement.

What kept recurring?

What got sharper?

What softened?

What words changed?

What did I think then that I would frame differently now?

That is the value of an archive.

It can show the texture of becoming.

It can make the current thinking feel earned instead of invented.

But only if the archive is connected to the current lens.

Otherwise it is just storage.
