Agent context should make uncertainty reusable without making it vague.
Uncertainty is not the absence of structure.
It can be named.
It can be bounded.
It can say what is known, what is provisional, and what still needs a better question.
That matters because vague uncertainty does not help anyone.
It just weakens the thought.
Useful uncertainty helps the next reader know how to carry the thought without overclaiming it.
