Agent context should show which source trail supports which claim.
It is not enough to say a note has provenance.
The provenance has to be useful.
If an agent repeats a claim, it should know what made that claim fair.
If the note suggests a route, it should know that a route is not the same as evidence.
Good context should make overclaiming harder.
Not by sounding defensive.
By keeping the trail close to the thought.
