Otherwise the summary can sound too certain.
The agent should say what it is using.
Public notes.
Public writing.
Visible source trails.
It should say what it is not using.
Private context.
Hidden conversations.
Unverified assumptions.
Then the readback can be useful without pretending to be complete.
