Public notes need routeable concepts.
Otherwise they become a pile of nice sentences.
The concept is the handle.
It gives the note somewhere to go.
A note might be about conversation.
Or proof.
Or current lens.
Or source trails.
Or agent handoff.
The concept does not need to become a rigid category.
It just needs to be clear enough to route.
What else does this touch?
What question does it belong to?
What older note should sit beside it?
What future note might refine it?
That is how a notebook becomes a graph.
The note carries the thought.
The concept carries the connection.
