Source confidence should be visible.
Not all notes have the same footing.
Some come from public writing.
Some come from a bounded conversation.
Some come from a synthesis of several threads.
Some are retrospective.
Some are more provisional.
If that difference stays hidden, the public graph gets too flat.
Everything starts to look equally certain.
That is not honest.
The confidence label does not need to be dramatic.
High.
Medium.
Low.
Unknown.
Simple is enough.
The point is to help the reader and the agent know how carefully to handle the note.
