The website should be a conversation surface.
Not a billboard.
Not a performance.
Not a place to sound more complete than I am.
A surface someone can land on and think:
I understand enough to have a better conversation now.
That is the bar.
For a human, that might mean a simple bio, a few field notes, and a sense of the themes.
For an agent, it might mean structured context, source trails, related notes, and boundaries about what not to infer.
Both uses matter.
The site should make the thinking easier to enter without forcing someone through all of it.
It should create useful paths:
- skim;
- follow a thread;
- read a note;
- send a link;
- let an agent assemble the map;
- start a conversation.
That feels closer to the real goal.
I do not want a content machine.
I want a better invitation.
A way for the right people to find the shape of the thinking and say:
I want to talk about this.
