Every note should know what it is not saying.
That is part of making public thinking safer and clearer.
A note can name a thought without claiming the whole territory.
It can open a question without answering every version of it.
It can point to a pattern without proving the pattern everywhere.
It can be personal without carrying private context into public.
That boundary should be visible enough that the note is harder to overread.
This is what I am saying.
This is what I am not saying.
This is what is still provisional.
This is what would need proof somewhere else.
The smaller the note, the more useful that boundary becomes.
