Public context should be portable.
That does not mean everything should be public.
It means the public parts should travel well.
A person should be able to send the site to someone else.
An agent should be able to read the public notes.
An introduction should become easier.
A conversation should start with better context.
But the boundaries need to travel too.
What is public.
What is private.
What is provisional.
What is source-backed.
What should not be inferred.
Portable context is only useful if it carries its own constraints.
