Public notes should expose their open question.
That is part of the honesty.
Most useful thoughts are not finished.
They are pointed somewhere.
They are testing a frame.
They are noticing a pattern.
They are trying to name a tension.
If the open question disappears, the note can sound more certain than it really is.
That is not the tone.
The note should make room for:
Here is what I am seeing.
Here is what I am wondering.
Here is where I might be wrong.
That is usually more useful than pretending to be done.
