A link is useful.
A link with context is better.
If an older post appears beside a current note, the reader should know why.
Is it the source?
Is it an earlier attempt?
Is it a contrast?
Is it a nearby example?
Is it something the current lens now interprets differently?
Those differences matter.
They stop the archive from feeling like a loose pile of links.
They also help an agent avoid flattening the relationship.
The relationship between artifacts is part of the thinking.
